Schütz Ecobulk MX

 Schütz Ecobulk MX was designed and engineered to have the flexibility of single or multiple trip use.  Design criteria required ultimate safety, economical reconditioning and took into account ultimate recycling.  A modular system that accommodates component interchangeability and economical replacement.  Schütz Ecobulk MX offers a maximum packaging volume utilizing a minimum of shipping or storage space.  It is the IBC container of choice for safe and economical transport of liquids.  The MX is fast to fill and easy to move, stack, load and unload.

Inner Container:

An extrusion blow molded tank of UV stabilized high density polyethylene compatible with a variety of liquids.  The sloped bottom provides optimal drainability.

Outer Container:

The galvanized tubular steel grid design forms the outer enclosure.  The galvanized documentation plates are positioned for ease of product identification.   The top frame is also galvanized tubular steel screwed into the outer enclosure.

Pallet:

Provides four-way entry in a choice of either galvanized tubular steel or wood.

Platform:

This is the base upon which the blow molded inner container rests and is attached to the pallet.  This is made from heavy duty galvanized steel.

Fill Opening:

Large 6 inch or 9 inch tamper evident screwcap with gasket; available with a 2" NPT center threaded plug.

Discharge Opening:

Valves are screwed onto insert molded threads on the inner container. This permits ease of valve replacement of required.  The valve outlet is sealed with an AL/PE foil and closed with an O-ring and a 2" screwcap.

Discharge Fittings:

Standard discharge opening is 2" NPT.  A 50mm metric discharge opening is an option.  (1) Replaceable ball valve is standard. (2) Replaceable butterfly valve is an option.

Valve Option:

Replaceable butterfly valve-with either EPDM or Viton seats.

Schütz Ecobulk MX is easy to handle and can be stacked 3 high when filled.  It is easily handled by forklifts or pallet trucks.

User-oriented discharge openings insure safe and precise discharge of ladings of different viscosities.  The discharge valve is protected to prevent damage and designed to avoid inadvertent valve opening.  All fittings are threaded for ease of replacement.  The MX durability offers economies through the potential for multi-trip usage.
